Refund & Cancellation Policy – TaxWithRohit (CA Services)

At TaxWithRohit, we strive to deliver prompt, professional, and client-focused Chartered Accountancy services. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied or wish to cancel your service, please review the following policy.

1. Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your order within 3 days of placing it, provided that service execution has not yet started.

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to info@taxwithrohit.com.

  • If work has already commenced or documents have been submitted, only a partial refund (if any) may be considered, based on the scope completed.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of services (customized as per client requirements), refunds are handled as follows:

  • Full Refund: If cancellation is requested within 3 days and work has not started.

  • Partial Refund: If some part of the service has been delivered. The refund amount will be at the sole discretion of TaxWithRohit, based on time and resources already invested.

  • No Refund:

    • If the service has been fully rendered or filed with government portals (like ITR, GST, ROC, etc.).

    • If the cancellation request is raised after 3 days of order placement.

Please note: No refunds will be applicable for any consulting sessions already conducted.

3. Processing Time

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15-30 working days from the approval date. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. No additional charges will be levied.
